On average, the surgery lasts from 30 minutes to 3 hours and is performed under general anesthesia.

 During the first month of rehabilitation, it is necessary to:

• Completely limit physical activities. You should return to the strength and cardio exercises gradually, under the supervision of a trainer. Return to physical activities can be started gradually in 2 weeks after surgery
• Refrain from visiting saunas, swimming pools, and ponds for swimming.
• Adjust your diet: eliminate the consumption of salty, spicy, fried foods, and alcoholic beverages.

Complications after liposuction:

• Hematomas and seromas. Hemorrhage or seroma (fluid) formation in the surgical area can be a complication. Proper compression and wearing a compression bandage can help avoid these problems.
